The Clutter Connection

Everything that surrounds us is a reflection of what we believe and how we are feeling. The state of our home is no exception. So take a look at the things that surround you, and consider what this says about the beliefs you are holding deep inside.

Trusting the Flow
Do you hold onto things 'just in case'? Are you hoarding a 10-year supply of toilet paper? Do you own three can openers in case one gets broken or lost? What does this say about your faith in having what you need, when you need it? Hoarding comes from a belief of lack. It sends a signal to the universe that you do not trust that you will be provided for. Release your need to hold on, and send a clear message that you KNOW the universe is abundant. Believe that you will be provided with whatever you need, whenever you need it.

Breaking Down Barriers
Are you surrounded by mountains of stuff? Are there piles of magazines, papers or clothing on every surface in your home? What are these physical walls mirroring for you? What emotional walls have you put up as a way to protect yourself? Remove these physical manifestations that are symbols of your inner barriers, and pay attention to what surfaces for you emotionally. Love these beliefs as they come up, and then release the ones that do not serve you well.

Honouring the Useful and Whole
Is your home giving space to broken and useless items? Do you still have that dead mixer from three years ago? The old table with the missing leg? The chair that collapses whenever someone looks at it? If you have an item like this, fix it or remove it. Now. Then think about what broken beliefs you are holding onto about yourself. What thoughts do you think again and again, knowing they're useless and broken? Thank these beliefs for the time they served you well, and then release them in favour of their updated, better functioning cousins.

Making Room For More
Is every nook and cranny of your house full of stuff? Do you have things spilling out of drawers and closets? Is it hard to imagine where you would put one more thing? If you have been sending out your desires and wondering why your stuff isn’t coming through, then here’s your answer. If your space is so full that you cannot possibly find room for anything more, then the universe will avoid sending more your way. Believe that you deserve, and then act on that belief. Move out the old to make room for the new. Send the message that you are open to receiving by making space for all that you desire!

Everything has a season. Take stock of what you are hanging onto, physically and emotionally, and appreciate the role these possessions have played in your life. When you're done with your inventory, bless and release anything that no longer brings you joy.

Coaching Services

As a life coach focused on living and working with the universal law of attraction, my goal is to provide clients with fun processes, affirmations and loving guidance to assist in navigating through current life circumstances and belief patterns. I currently work with clients through email correspondence, and have three levels of service.

Option one consists of an email exchange where we discuss a specific circumstance or set of beliefs and come up with exercises and relevant affirmations to help you move through the situation and toward your desired outcome. We might focus on career planning, enhanced joy in your relationship, allowing of financial abundance, etc. The more information provided, the easier it is to build a plan that is tailored to your individual needs. In other words, long rambling emails with lots of details are considered a good thing! ;) This service involves exchanging email(s) to discuss the area of focus, presentation of a detailed 30-day plan with exercises and affirmations, and a follow-up email to answer any questions about the processes.
Cost for service: $65

Option two builds on the service above, providing a more detailed and holistic set of exercises. We will look at your overall belief patterns for the various areas of your life - money, relationships, health and body wellness, career, spirituality - and create processes and affirmations that fit with your current beliefs on these different subjects. The process will includes a questionnaire to help outline your current belief patterns, and an opportunity to detail particular areas that you want to focus on.
Cost for service: $125

Option three builds on option two above by providing follow-up support as you move through the exercises and affirmations we discover at the beginning of your process. As you play with the suggested processes you will be invited to email me with your thoughts or to ask questions and work through any blockages that might surface for you. I will provide additional guidance through a detailed email once per week (three additional emails, commencing one week after your initial email) for the duration of the monthly period we are working through. I will also email new affirmations, thoughts and encouragement randomly throughout our time working together.
Cost for service: $225

With all of the above options, I recommend working with the exercises and affirmations for at least 30 days, whether you are doing so on your own or with my support. Some wonderful and magical results can come together in that short a time!

Please email me for more information or to sign up for a coaching service.
